Introducing Vinnie the Virus

Introducing Vinnie the virus and his viral gang … they’re our way of representing HIV (the Human Immunodeficiency Virus). We’ve already learned that a virus is just a very simple package of instructions that lives as a parasite inside the body’s cells. Vinnie is a villain and a killer. He’ll happily take any available opportunity to infect us and live inside our bodies. He only infects humans and he disables the body’s security system (the immune system) so that it loses its ability to fight off other intruders. Vinnie and his gang are just waiting for us to give them an opportunity, then they’ll move in … our job is to stop Vinnie getting into the factory in the first place and luckily we know just how to do that.
