" By coming for this tour, not only do you open your minds to a whole new perspective of township challenges, HIV awareness and education as a means to change the world, but you will meet a special woman named Beatrice who is brave and strong enough to take on these difficult tasks. If you’re looking for inspiration, an authentic feel of African hospitality and bravery, come for this tour. We particularly enjoyed the art exhibition walkthrough, Beaty’s hero book story, the icebreaker games and the tour of the Somalian store on health issues of African households. Overall, eye-opening and life changing. Thank you Beaty for being a fantastic human being and an even better host "

" Beaty is an amazing woman with a tremendously positive attitude towards life and the challenges it brings to the people of her community. She brought us around a small area of the township where she lives and we met with some people living their daily lives and doing their very best to create a better future for the youth of their community. We met the beautiful children who were at the MADaboutART project and these kids were the highlight of the trip. Such fun, joy and excitement from all of them made us feel incredibly welcome "

" We were very impressed by seeing and feeling that hard work of Beatrice, her daughter, Cornelis and their group empowering girls and boys, especially to prevent HIV in the community. This is a beautiful private small local organisation working with paintings, storytelling, music, dancing, and small handicrafts. We visited the community centre and had a short walk in the township. Thanks for sharing your history and experiences, and your inspiration to work for a better world for all! "
